Scope of Services
Inspections
Includes all required SWPPP routine inspections, as well as required inspections after qualifying weather events.
Pro SWPPP Solutions will provide and complete electronic documentation to the permitting agency and Project Manager within required SWPPP requirements.
Site will be inspected to ensure that proper controls and best management practices (BMPs) are in place and operational according to the SWPPP plan per required time intervals.
Construction Acknowledgements and a general log of construction will be kept up to date and the retention of required records will be kept current until the Construction StormWater Notice of Termination and will then be handed over to the Project Manager.
If authorized by the contract signer, Pro SWPPP Solutions will work directly with permitting agency representatives to maintain compliance through the project.
Site Work
Pro SWPPP Solutions will operate within the erosion and sediment control sections of the SWPPP that include, but not limited to:
Silt Fence
Various Wattle Products
Erosion Control Blankets
Ditch Checks
Seeding
Storm Inlet Protection
Site Entrance/Exit
Site Cleanliness
Required Signage
General Mowing, Mowing/Clearing of Detention Cells, Mowing/Clearing of Embankments
Repairs will be performed if BMPs or controls are in need of repair or are deteriorating upon inspection and cannot perform their intended function.
Repairs will be made within the required timeline to maintain SWPPP compliance with Storm events, damage, and/or general deterioration.
Any deficiencies found by the permitting agency will be resolved.
Updates and Changes
Additional controls or BMPs installations will be coordinated with the Project Manager or Subcontractors and within the construction process and timeline.
Pro SWPPP Solutions will add sketches and revise plans with notes and documentation as implemented from direction from the permitting agency or licensed engineer for the SWPPP.
