The Problem With Current SWPPP Scenario...
Many times the engineer/consultant will inspect the project site and then pass on a punch list of items to the site manager for installation/repair/deficiency. The site manager may or may not have the resources to correct the issue so they find a company or the contractor that has left the site to come back and perform the installation/repair/deficiency. They will do the requested work and then report back to the site manager or engineer/consultant who will then also visit the site to document and provide another inspection to verify completion of the site work and upload the required documentation to the permitting agency.
Complete SWPPP Management
